All deliveries and services of Montessori Express are in fulfilment of tasks that
the customer did not give in connection with his industrial or self
continuous professional activity. All take these business conditions as a
basis. Declarations deviating and/or supplementary require the explicit
hard-copy approval of Montessori Express.

Right of withdrawal

You are, as consumer not bound at your order anymore by § to 13 BGB
(German law) if you revoke within a period of time of 2 weeks according to
receipt of the product in the sense. The withdrawal does not have to contain
any reason and can occur hard-copy (an E-Mail, or through sending
back of the product on our danger. For the period of time protection the

Please contact us, before sending items back to us. Usually we organise transportation, to avoid additional cost.
 If you return damaged or worn
off products, the by law permissible amount is brought into outlet. You can
avoid this when you only subject the product to an examination as it would
have been possible to you for instance in the shop, and return these without
rite traces and in the original packing.

Guarantee

The guarantee occurs according to the legal definitions with which we
improve in the case of a lack of the product after your choice, first of all
or improve. Against the repair at a later stage failing or the improved
product being lack afflicted also, you can give back the product so against
restitution of the full purchase price or keep the product and reduce the
purchase price. Information about possible manufacturer assurances are to be
found in the product documentation.

Court of jurisdiction

With contracts with businessmen, with legal persons of the public right or
public-legal special property as an exclusive venue for all from the
business relation showing right quarrels, including alternation and check
complaints, the seat of the vendor, is arranged.
